A gut rennovation to build out a custom medical office with high end finishes, this space has spared no detail. Owner has included beautiful millwork throughout, including backlight arches and led lit soffits. Additionally, the space has over 5 exams rooms, a large office suite, new ADA bathroom, and kitchen along with a custom lab space. Robellini was responsible for the full build from framing and drywall to MEPs and custom finishes. Slated to be completed in Q4 of 2023!

Commerical Mixed Use Project: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
A mixed-use property comprised of: 4 - residential units, a 1,200 SQFT loft, and 3 commerical bays. Owners requested Robellini to perform a complete remodel of the 4 residential units, including the addition of 4 laundry closets, new kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, refinish the loft to a turn key office suite or livable unit with brand new bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Then finally refurbish the 3 commerical bays by polishing the terrazo and concrete floors and white--washing the interiors to be standard grey shells tenant ready. Exterior updates include, installation of impact windows, stucco and roof repairs along with fresh paint!

A residential remodel project that includes new kitchens and baths, new flooring, and all new electrical. This project is a true full home makeover. We reenvisioned the kitchen and dining space by designing a modern and open concept.
